MAKE A REFUND:
In Shopify in the upper left part the option to reimburse / refund.
Click on it
The amount established is applied.
Types of refunds:
Client order cancellation (Only in processing time) If it has been shipped there is no way we can make a refund.
If the customer wants the order to be canceled: it is refunded but is charged 5% of fee (using the steps of “Cancel an order¨
Changes (Edit orders):
The design change is made in Shopify at the top Left, the option to edit / edit is given, with that the articles are changed.
Types of exchanges:
If the client requests that the item be exchanged for one that exceeds 10 dollars, it is mentioned that it has to be within an average of 10 dollars.
Different design: If the price is a little higher: No invoice / invoice is sent, only the order is updated and the customer is notified.
Different design: If the price is lower than the change, the change is made and the difference is reimbursed, as well as the customer is notified.
Same design: only changes the size, the new design size is updated.
FOR ALL CHANGES YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO DELETE THE PREVIOUS DESIGN / PRODUCT in the edit function.
Client return the item and asks for an exchange:
After the order has been edited and ready to be shipped again, you will have to fill in the monday.com column as "Item(s) Needs to be Sent" and that's it.
