Client wants to cancel the order in processing time:

“You need to avoid making reimbursements, that is why we have different option to apply in our clients to avoid the refunds¨


The customer is searched according to the data that the customer provided in Shopify Customer information is viewed and rectified.


* In Shopify go to Aliexpress and if the order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it instantly through AliExpress.  

* The supplier is contacted to cancel the order.


RECTIFY IF IT IS ONLY ONE PRODUCT THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR THE WHOLE ORDER, SINCE SOMETIMES THE CUSTOMER ONLY WANTS TO CANCEL A PRODUCT AND IF SO YOU CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER DIRECTLY, YOU HAVE TO MENTION TO THE SUPPLIER THAT THE CUSTOMER NO LONGER WANTS THE PRODUCT . AND WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND ONLY ON THE PRODUCT YOU NO LONGER WANT.


Example: (ORDER NUMBER) (CUSTOMER'S EMAIL) (CONTENT) Dear, please cancel this order, our client no longer wants the items. Thank you!

* On the AliExpress order page to cancel the order in the order page: it may appear as "Cancel" "Request an order cancellation" at the top of the AliExpress order.

IF the customer requests a refund

the steps for a refund are done. A 5% fee is charged.


If the client requests a change

The steps of a change are used and the 10% discount is applied (no invoice is sent)


If the client asks to continue the order

it is continued and the 10% discount is applied

IF IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO CANCEL THE ORDER

IF THE SUPPLIER CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER:

 

Template Return but Shipped needs to be sended to the client. 


Mention de client that the order cannot be stopped since it has been shipped and no changes can be done but he can reorder the item with a 10% discount with the code (NOEVOM10), as well as he can return the item when it arrives for a full refund.
