Client wants to modify color, size, design in processing time
"This only applies when the customer just placed his order within the processing time"
(Processing time is usually 1-2 days)
Later you have to send the provider to make the change. How?
You go to the AliExpress order and specify to the supplier which product you want to make the changes to, be it size or design.
But how do you specify to the supplier which product to change?
-You take a screenshot of the product you want to change and send it to the supplier
-The image of the product appears on the AliExpress order page, then a screenshot is taken of the product that you want to change, be it size, color or design.
-Sent a message in this way:
(ALIEXPRESS ORDER NUMBER) and the SIZE or COLOR you want to change.
Then you have to write down in any notes or reminders the order number of AliExpress / Shopify, email of the client for AND the supplier / suppliers to whom you asked to make the change.
Why is it scored in notes or reminders? So that once the provider answers you will know if the change can still be made or not by getting back to aliexpress after a while.

(LOGICALLY YOU WILL HAVE TO GO BACK TO SEE THE CONVERSATION WITH THE SUPPLIER TO SEE IF THEY TELL YOU IF YOU CAN MAKE THE CHANGES OR NOT)
-Depending on the answer, case A or B is made-
A) If the supplier mentions that he can change the order. With that you conclude.
B) If the supplier mentions that he can no longer make the changes since the order was shipped
You send this to the client:
Dear (name) at this moment we are not able to make the changes, since the order has been shipped to your destination.
When the order arrives, we can help you to return the order and resend the items if you are still not happy with the size or color you asked to change.
